This site collects personal data only when you write to us through the contact form. There is no analytics, no tracking and no profiling.

2. What we process and why

Only what you voluntarily provide in the form: the profile you are contacting from, name, organisation, email address, telephone if given, and the content of your message. We also record the submission date and IP address, for security and to prevent automated abuse of the form.

The purpose is to handle and respond to your enquiry, and to maintain any subsequent exchange arising from it.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in the security of the site with regard to technical connection data (Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and, thereafter, for a maximum of 24 months, unless a longer statutory retention obligation or a contractual relationship arises.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties and make no international transfers, beyond the processing carried out by our hosting and email provider, IONOS, with servers in the European Union, acting as data processor with servers in the European Union.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to info@dtsoncology.com with the reference “Data protection”. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This site uses no cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party resources: fonts and images are served from our own domain. For that reason no cookie banner is shown.

The server records accesses in its log files, solely to ensure the security and technical operation of the service.

8. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and applies technical measures designed to prevent unauthorised access to transmitted information.
